CD57 (NHK-1) is a glycoprotein with an oligosaccharide antigen determinant, which is localized especially on NK-cells, but also on subsets of T- and B-cells. T-cells expriming CD57 are upregulated in patients with HIV infection and after transplantation. The antigen is also exprimed by neuronal tissues and most neuroendocrine cells. human CD57, a 110 kDa membrane protein of human lymphocytes.
Immunogen: Preparation of a HSB-2 T-cell line
Antibody solution in stabilizing phosphate buffer pH 7.3. Contains 0.5% BSA and 0.09 % sodium azide**. The volume is sufficient for at least 100 immunohistochemical tests (100 µl working solution / test). Use appropriate antibody diluent e.g. BIOLOGO Art .No. PU002.
