Chickens were immunized with the c-myc peptide EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with biotin.

Applications
For ELISA, a 1:5000 - 1:20,000 dilution (0.05-0.2 microgram/ml) is recommended
Western Blots: The anti C-MYC was an effective probe at 1:1000 - 1:5000 dilution( 0.2-1 microgram/ml).

Product should be stored at -20ºC. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
