Chicken anti Human fibronectin (N-terminal 29 kDa fragment) (not affinity purified)Catalog number: AHF
A chicken was immunized with the N-terminal 29 kDa fragment of human fibronectin. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and IgY was purified from the egg yolk.
Product Form: Egg yolk-derived purified IgY
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.05% sodium azide
Purification Method: Egg yolk-derived purified IgY (non affinity purified)
Concentration: See vial for concentration.
For ELISA, recommended dilution: 1:10,000. Diluted 1:100, this antibody completely inhibits binding of Staphylococcus aureus to immobilized fibronectin N-terminal domain (coating concentration: 20 micrograms/ml).
Product should be stored at -20ºC. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
